Most Feral Banner Co. products are made specifically when you place an order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size or color
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Preference for a different product after the order has been produced

Please review product descriptions, color options, and size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact Feral Banner Co. within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photos showing the item and the issue

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund.

In many cases, a damaged or defective item will not need to be physically returned.

Wrong Size or Color Selected

Because most products are made to order, we generally cannot provide a free replacement or refund when the size, color, or product variant ordered was the one selected at checkout.
