Most Feral Banner Co. products are made to order. Because of this, your order may require production time before it ships.

Production & Processing
Production time varies depending on the product, print method, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery information will be provided when available during checkout or after your order is placed.

Shipping
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the products in your order and the destination.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when tracking is available.

Multiple Packages
Products may be produced by different fulfillment partners or at different facilities. Because of this, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, production volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to ship an order within the time originally promised, we will contact you with updated information and, when required, give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.
