  • Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns, exchanges, damaged items, defective items, incorrect orders, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

  • Preorders

  • Preorders are charged when the order is placed.

  • Because production and inventory decisions may be made based on preorder quantities, preorders cannot be canceled before fulfillment.

  • Estimated production or shipping timelines are not guarantees and may change when circumstances outside our reasonable control affect materials, suppliers, production, or shipping.

  • If we are unable to fulfill a preorder because the necessary item, size, color, material, or other component becomes unavailable, the affected item will be refunded.

  • Final Sale Items

  • Certain limited, seasonal, clearance, event-specific, or specialty products may be marked Final Sale.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange because of sizing, preference, or a change of mind.

  • This does not eliminate your ability to contact us if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Any Final Sale restriction will be stated on the applicable product listing.

  • Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including:

  • Basically: buying the shirt does not mean you bought the design rights.
